Appointment & Cancellation Policy

At Natasha Leigh Hair, each appointment is carefully reserved to provide you with a safe, personalised and non-judgemental experience, using thoughtfully selected clean, sustainable and lower-toxicity products.

 

To honour both your time and mine, I kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

 

Cancellations & No-Shows:

• Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a charge of up to 50% of the service value.

• Same-day cancellations or missed appointments may be charged at 100% of the booked service.

• Repeated late cancellations may require a booking fee for future appointments.

 

Deposits:

• Certain services may require a non-refundable booking fee to secure your appointment.
